After visiting Koh Phangan, Fluentbody’s founder saw that the somatic movement approach fit right into the island’s audience. That was the beginning of exploring venues and formats to bring a 5-days wellness retreat to life.

Event Planning

Researched venues, analyzed pricing, and structured the retreat’s offer, co-creating the value proposition, target audience, and pricing model.

Marketing & Sales

Developed marketing materials and executed multi-channel sales, leveraging social media, community groups, and in-person promotions to drive ticket sales.

Payment Collection

Managed registrations, handled payments via multiple platforms, ensured smooth fund distribution, and provided on-site support for arrivals and check-ins.

Onboarding & Operations

Created guest guides, supported the artist’s logistics, and managed daily retreat setup, ensuring a seamless experience and inviting atmosphere.
