The Challenge:
The founder of Zouk Island saw an opportunity create the first festival for zouk dancers on the island of Koh Phangan to attract international dance travelers and increase the maturity of the latin dance community. But it had never been done before. It was along project with many uncertainties. The goal was to make the first production to serve as a template for the future editions.
Strategy
Financial planning, budgeting and ticket pricing. We supported the branding development, look and feel of the website.
Operations
Contracts and legal, international logistics, staff and suppliers hiring,
volunteers and schedule coordination.
Sales & Community
Oversees of social media content creation to marketing and sales based on ambassador’s program.
Creative Direction
Hiring and directing sound, light and ambience suppliers, guiding the direction of look and feel guidelines.
